Yohann Faure
Yohann Faure is a French entrepreneur who has lived as a digital nomad for several years, moving to a new country almost every month. In 2024 he founded KONNECT, a network of coliving houses for entrepreneurs.
Since the first edition in Koh Samui in 2024, KONNECT has run more than 17 coliving editions for entrepreneurs, including Budapest, Marbella, Dubai, Valencia, Miami and Medellín.
Why this site exists
Most coliving guides list rooms. Very few explain what matters to an entrepreneur: who you will live with, whether you can really work, and whether you will leave with a network. The guides on this site are written from experience running colivings for founders, with real prices and honest trade-offs.

- Every city guide is based on first-hand experience or clearly sourced information.
- Prices are dated and should always be checked with the operator.
